Can someone describe Kenny's Hills to me? Are there places to cut out if the hills are too big? Are they too big for a new rider? How are they in dry conditions?

It's a really deep valley with places people have ridden on a bunch of times on each side. They go from about 5 feet tall to what seems like 50. The further you go back the crazier they get, I don't do most of them, I have just ridden through and looked.

The hills are not for a new rider. I have seen many people run and make all the hills but I have also seen many not make them, even Kenny for whom the hills are named for. I have also seen several people get hurt on them. Go take a look at them and use good judgement before you try them.

I'm guessing that since you posted this in the woods riding section that your a 4-Wheeler rider?
If so then no, these hills are not for you. Its a small area not more than a acre that have hills ranging from WOW to INSANE!!! I tried a few of the hills and even went up some of the more difficult ones. But i consider myself a VERY experienced ATV rider and they still gave me the willies when i was playing. I would say for sure that if your in the area, to stop by and take a look at them. Its fun to just look at a few of the crazy ones and picture somebody going up it. |

I've seen Kenny go up these hills with someone riding with him. Kenny has also busted his butt on the hills. Pete correct me if I am wrong but didn't Kenny jump over a 100 feet on his quad. He cleared one of the jumps on the swamp mx on my rubicon.

I am not sure about the furthest but I saw him clear the big table top on the big track. I think it was like 70 or 72 feet at that time.

Nope, I'm on a KTM. I checked out the hills Saturday. It was fun. I didn't hit them all though.

We are planning on going to DP sometime soon. We have gone the hills but never thought of trying to ride on them. My son has thoughts of riding one but always gets scarred of them. Now he is 13 and rides a 07 Rancher 420 ES (Electric Shift) 4x4. Do y'all think he can handle them. He says he thinks he is a good enough rider to try one now but still has some worries. Any info is appreciated! Thanks!
