Just wondering if this is open or how things are coming? I never got an answer on my post above. Do you have any pics? I am anxious to maybe get out with a few friends and maybe come down and check out the trails. Maybe leave the bikes at home for a change and come in trucks. |

Park is in the works. Not ready yet but they have done alot of work. In time you will have one heck of a place to challenge your vehicles. Makes me want to get
a 4x4......

I HAVE A CONTRACTOR OVER THERE DOING LOTS OF REALLY COOL STUFF WE HAVE BEEN WORKING 12-14 HR/DAYS AVERAGING 1-2 MILES PER DAY OF NEW TRAILS AS WELL AS HILL CLIMBS MANY OF THEM GULLY RUNS WITH CLIMBS THE MOONSCAPE THE ROCK GARDEN WILL GET COMPLETED NEXT WEEK SEVERAL PHOTO SPOTS FOR GROUPS ON HILLSIDES THE BAD LANDS DURHAMTOWN CANYON MUD BOGS TRUCK MX COURSE MORE WHOOPS AND MORE WHOOPS MORE CLIMBS MILES AND MILES OF TRAILS FOR ALL VEHICLES SWIMMING HOLE / PICNIC AREA SEVERAL PICNIC AREAS HAVE BEEN DEVELOPED I DO NOT WANT TO HAVE THE PARK DESTROYED IN THE FIRST WEEK IF IT IS REALLY MUDDY WE HAVE MILES AND MILES OF VIRGIN TRAILS THAT NEED TRAFFIC ON THEM TO PACK THEM IN SO THEY WILL HOLD UP FOR ALL VEHICLES JUST LIKE THE ATV PARK SOME MAIN TRAILS HARD PACKED AND SIDE TRAILS FOR MORE CHALLENGE MANY HARD PACKED TRAILS WILL HAVE A ROUGH TRAIL BESIDE IT THIS IS SO A GROUP OF DIFFERENT LEVEL VEHICLES CAN GO TOGETHER AND WATCH SOME EXTEME RIDING WE PLAN TO ARROW THE TRAILS LATE NEXT WEEK AND FINAL TRIMMING AND GROOMING I TOOK A GUY OVER LAST WEEK TO GET SOME PHOTOS HE PLANS TO POST THEM ON A FORUM I WILL CHECK ON IT IT IS HARD TO MAKE A PARK FOR EVERYONE I FOUND 4X4 CRAWLERS ARE LIKE WOMEN ALL HAVE A DIFFERENT OPINION OF WHAT I NEED TO DO...LOL WE PLAN TO OPEN THE PARK 2 WEEKS FORM THIS FRIDAY MAY 23 ONCE THE PARK IS OPEN WE WILL BE LISTENING TO ALL FEED BACK FROM EVERYONE AND MAKE DECISIONS BASED ON WHAT IS BEST FOR ALL GROUPS WE PLAN ON MAKING IMPROVEMENTS CONTINUALLY OVER THE NEXT 6 MONTHS AS FEED BACK COMES IN THANKS MIKE |
