My riding partner was recently t-boned on his yz and the motor and transmission case are beyond repair. If anyone knows of or has a blown motor. He could swap parts and pieces around to save big from buying all new. Thanks for helping!

Mike,
My partner tells me that it is the yzf. The left side of the engine is busted, the outer cover, the left side crank case and the magnetter on the clutch or flywheel is damaged. He priced everything new and it comes to $1K. He is willing to spend $500.00 to $750.00 for repairs and with the exception of the electrical part the damage is all just on the housing. Thanks to the good people that list on ebay my partner is back up and running for less than $300.00. See you Memorial weekend approx 15 of us showing. |
