			<description><![CDATA[ we have approx 300 ft of elevation change here   we are hilly  not mountains <br><br>we do have kenny's hill which is a climbing area   difficult to some   easy too others     <br><br>some good tight single track bike trails with some  rolling hill climbing in them as well<br><br>thanks mike dp ]]></description>
