If I'm understanding this correctly the rate increase is to offset operating cost increases, which the park is no different from any other business. I am confused about the gender price difference. Kids I see getting a lower price but why do women pay less then men? I know lots of women who could out ride me, so is durhamtown saying the women cause less damage? Or for some reason do women cost the park less money to operate and ride. From a guy stand point I'm a little insulted...

I am convinced now of new rate justificatiion. My stepson found a tree head first this past weekend, and EMT had less than 10 min response time.Now that is good. He turned out to be ok(GOD BLESS) just shooken up. But thanks again for the care and response given....well worth it.

Where else can you go ride for these prices all day without doing the same little trails over and over and over and have a lodge to cool off/warm up in, onsite mechanic and pro shop to keep your day from ending when you pop your tire (with below typical retail shop prices) and full time medical personnel? We ride and race all over the place and I've always thought DP was a great bang for your buck and $5 doesn't change that.

I understand expenses associated with running a business. But, as riders we incur expenses in addition to new riding rates too...ie- fuel for atv, fuel to get to Durhamtown, oil, etc.... It sounds like that more traffic means higher rates, and with just riding this past weekend, I see no improvements on trail conditions. Yes you have added more mx tracks, and more amenities but this, in my opinion, would only bring more $ by attracting additional paying customers. Not justifying a higher...

Surely the $10 "spectator" fee is just during races and not every single day of the year?

With all the overhead Mr Mike's got with employees and maintenance, he still is waaaaaay below what he oughta charge. But as you can see he's not that kinda person. This place is A1 all the way around from the people to the way things are run, to the atmosphere surrounding you when you pull up to the place. Sorry, but I just love the place period.

So that is the same as the $50.00 for sat. & sun and then $20.00 a day for M - F which is $150.00 for male adults. Okay thanks.

3- day ride fee for adult will cost $70 plus $20 for each additional day
3 day for youth/ female will cost $50 plus $15 for each additional day

We thought you had a three day price last time, our bad. So it would be $55.00 for Sat. & Sun and then $20.00 each day for Mon. thru Friday for an adult male which would be a total of $155.00?

there is the same discount as always for multi-day rates

the last column quotes the "each day rate" after the 2nd day it is discounted from a 1 day rate we have always done that

example 1 day rate is $30 multiday rate is $20 we increased everything by $5/day

Are you going to come up with week long rates? We will be up from April 4 - 12 with approx. 8 - 10 Adults and 3 - 4 kids. We come up every year for Spring Break and stay 9 - 10 days. You used to have a 3 day price, now you are only giving a 2 day price. We travel over 12 hours to get to you and with the prices of gas it makes it tough. Can you please give thought to week long prices?
